General Conditions for Employment

Whoever occupies one of the Jobs at ENRRA must fulfil the following:

  1. Be an Egyptian Nationality,
  2. Be of good conduct, reputation,
  3. Hasn’t been previously convicted of a felony or a freedom-restricting penalty for an honour or trust crime,
  4. Hasn’t been previously dismissed from service by virtue of a final disciplinary measure, unless at least four years have passed since its issuance,
  5. Fulfil the requirements for occupying the position,
  6. Fit to occupy the position with the knowledge of the medical authority,
  7. Not less than eighteen years’ old.
  • For the Officers jobs, the applicant age should not be more than thirty years’ old.
  • For the Specialist jobs, the applicant age should not be more than thirty-five years’ old.
  • For the Senior Specialist jobs, the applicant age should not be more than Forty years’ old.

Our 6 Stages Recruitment Process

1- Applying

Explore our job opportunities, apply for one or several positions that match your competencies. As you progress in each subsequent step of our hiring process, we’ll strive to keep you updated. This process takes approximately one month.

2- Screening

  • Once you’ve sent us your employment application, our recruitment team will see if you meet our pre-screening criteria and get in touch with you.
  • We’ll do our best to provide you with feedback about your application, if you are not contacted by our recruitment team for jobs you applied for, or if you receive a rejection message, please don’t get disappointed, keep an eye on our career page and follow our social media channels.
  • If you’re interested in future opportunities at ENRRA, you may register to receive notification about future job opportunities that match your profile.

3- Assessment

If your application suits the requirements of the advertised position and general conditions for employment, you will go through the second recruitment process. This may involve assessments such as English, personality traits, or competencies tests, it may also include technical tests for some positions.

4- Interview

If you successfully pass the tests, get the score required for successful achievement, and your application suits the requirements of the advertised position and general conditions of employment, you’ll be invited for an interview.

5- Reference check

Background and reference check should be conducted by the Human Resource and Administrative Affairs Department to validate candidate’s previous employment history.

6- Job Offer

If you successfully pass the interview and get the score required for successful achievement in all tests, interviews, and reference check, our recruitment team will get in touch with you to pursue the employment process, after all required approvals are obtained.
